What this tool does
OpenClaw stores the agent in one SOUL.md file. Hermes Agent (Nous Research) follows the agentskills.io standard, which separates who the agent is (a personality file) from what the agent does (one or more skill files). The split lets you hot-swap personalities mid-conversation and reuse skills across agents — but it means the OpenClaw SOUL.md you already wrote does not load directly.
This tool classifies your SOUL.md sections by header name (Identity, Personality, Communication Style → personality.md; Workflow, Responsibilities, Example Behaviors → SKILL.md), generates the agentskills.io frontmatter, and outputs the bundle. Conversion is instant and free. Email is optional — only needed for the polished zip + cleanup checklist.
